Keith was asked for advice by a Hospice Friend as our Emergency Generator was playing up which could have left us

Keith drove all the way down here on a Saturday to take a look and clearly knew exactly what he was looking at. From
his extensive stock of spare parts held on his van, he produced relays and switches and within no time at all he had it running just as it should do.
He was even reluctant to charge for his time but after some persuasion we agreed a figure which was incredibly
generous of him.
Keith potentially saved us several hundreds of pounds by his kindness and more importantly, he really knew what he was
doing and the emergency back-up is now available again.
